We welcome Jessica Byrd as the Coordinator of Accredited Provider and Member Services to the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET) team. She is responsible for all general inquiries to all levels of our membership. Jessica will also be working on the Awards Committee and the Membership Task Force. Her position with IACET is truly a testament to her ten years of hard work in the customer service industry.
After starting her new role Jessica said, “I feel truly blessed to be presented with this opportunity with such a reputable association like IACET. This association stands out in the accreditation industry and to be a part of that is a humbling and exciting experience for what has yet to come.”
A graduate from Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) Jessica has a degree in Business Administration. She lives in Northern Virginia and loves to cook. In her free time, when she’s not in the kitchen, she can be found enjoying arts and crafts with her five-year-old daughter.

IACET’s mission is to advance the global workforce by providing the standard framework for quality learning and development through accreditation.
