William Allen is a talent acquisition professional with over 35 years’ experience in developing full life-cycle technical recruiting solutions. He has more recently been specializing in creating strategies for placing technical professionals with high level clearances and implementing systems for hard-to-fill positions and has been active in the industry since 1983, creating large scale solutions for government agencies and financial powerhouses such as NASDAQ. Allen graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in architecture. He brings his talents and skills to IACET as a Development Officer who will focus on corporate relationship building and foundation giving.
Marianne Moore is a strategic thought leader with over 15 years of experience collaborating with multi-level leadership teams in order to develop, define and implement strategy to achieve the mission of an organization. Marianne is a natural connector who possesses a true passion for bringing people together towards a common goal. She has worked in various capacities within the Hispanic community and believes in building community and developing strategies. Marianne thrives at helping her clients develop their own markets by highlighting their unique value. Marianne graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Psychology and Government and holds a Certificate in Public Relations from UCLA. She brings her skills and talents to IACET as a Development Officer to assist in fundraising and development efforts.
