Greetings Young Professionals! We here at IACET are starting an Emerging Leaders Professional Group. We believe that people 45 and under represent an increasing percentage of the workforce worldwide. It is important for us to be ready to be a part of the succession planning within our organizations.
The idea to start this Emerging Leaders group developed because I believe in having a purpose beyond financial success. There are endless benefits to a group like this such as professional development opportunities, networking opportunities, expanding your social capital, etc. Being in an Emerging Leaders group can also help you better your resume, it’s a great way to be proactive, get yourself out there in front of the right people, and learn more about the professional world.
To engage you and assist you in developing your platform, we will plan professional development and networking events, social events, etc. More information is forthcoming this month.
